This is Intertextuality Between the music video Fancy and the movie Clueless.
In the first scene they use Intertextuality to Pick their clothing, the purpose of using this is to understand how this has influenced media generations.
In this scene you can see clearly that the music video has copied this scene from the movie clueless in the music video fancy. they have used this to attract not only the younger generation but the older generation that the intertextuality has referred to.
